Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders ship from Virginia, USA, and most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Delivery times may vary by location, carrier, weather, holidays, and seasonal order volume. Please note that 24-hour dispatch refers to order processing time, not delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has the original tags attached. Items with tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Mystery Boxes, jewelry, and stickers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For return or exchange help, please contact us before sending items back.

Liwanay uses Chinese sizing for many children’s styles. Please use the chart below as a general guide and check each product page for style-specific notes.

Size 160 may also fit petite moms who usually wear US XS–S. We recommend size 160 for moms under approximately 55 kg / 121 lbs, depending on body shape and preferred fit.
Some styles are made with dedicated mom sizing. When available, mom sizing will be clearly noted on the product page.
Care Instructions
Liwanay pieces are machine-wash tested. Colors are designed to stay stable through normal washing and are not easy to bleed.
If color bleeding occurs under normal washing conditions, we will offer a full refund. Fabric-specific instructions may vary by style; please check the product page or garment label when available.
